Orders received before 1pm (PST) are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address and is returned to us, we will verify that the shipping address matches the address provided in the original order. If the error is ours, a replacement will be shipped free of charge. If we were not responsible for the error, a replacement will be shipped at customers' cost and discretion.
